Welcome to ShotOK, a professional networking and collaboration platform. By using the app, you agree to the following terms:

1. Acceptance

By signing up and using ShotOK, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this app.

3. User Responsibilities

Use the app only for lawful and ethical purposes
Do not upload harmful, explicit, or misleading content
Respect the rights and privacy of other users

4. Authentication

Only email-based login is supported. Email must be verified for full access. You can reset your password using the “Forgot Password” link on the login screen.

5. Permissions

The app requests permissions to access:

Camera and Gallery: To upload photos/videos to your portfolio
Location: To enable location-based search
Internet: Required for all app functionality

These are only used when directly relevant to the app's features.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to remove content or ban users who violate the Terms or abuse the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

ShotOK is provided “as is.” We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages caused by third-party misuse.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Chennai, India.
